Questions About Venues, Dates and Times

Can I contact the affiliate expert and ask questions about my case?

Our tax resolution Affiliate Experts provide guidance and advice in the courses and presentations at Tax Resolution Help Center. You are welcome to contact one or more of the Affiliate Experts if you have decided you do not want to resolve your tax debt yourself.

Can an affiliate expert contact me?

No. Affiliate Experts are discouraged from contacting unless a member has specifically asked for the Affiliate Expert to initiate contact or to reply to contact initiated by the member.

If I decide I want one-on-one help, how do I hire an affiliate expert to work with me?

You can initiate contact with one or more of the Affiliate Experts you have met virtually in a program.

How do I decide which affiliate expert to contact if I want help with my specific case?

We believe the most important thing to consider is connection and communication. Tax resolution takes many, many months to take to successful completion. And we believe selecting an Affiliate Expert that you found to be interesting, enjoyable and relate-able is the number one criteria. We think this is more important than geographical proximity. However, if you think it is important to be able to see and meet in person your advisor, then pick someone close to you.

Who determines the fee paid to the affiliate expert for my one-on-one case?

Both you and the Affiliate Expert need to agree upon price and terms of your case. We do not get involved in that arrangement. Our goal is to help you find a high-quality, honest and competent tax resolution professional, if you decide you want one-on-one help. All Affiliate Experts in our program are high-quality, honest and competent.
