How We Use Your Personal Information
The personal information we collect may allow us to provide you with TRHC’s latest product announcements, helpful tips and information, special offers, and upcoming events. For example, from time to time, TRHC may contact you via email for the purpose of providing announcements, promotional offers, alerts, confirmations, surveys, and/or other general communication.
If you don’t want to receive these communications, or do not wish to be on our e/mailing lists, you may opt out of receiving them. Each communication will provide opt-out directions, and you can also generally opt-out via your account dashboard if you are a registered user, client, or customer. We use personal information to help us develop, deliver, improve, and customize our products, services, content, and advertising with the goal of providing an improved user experience for our users.
We may also use personal information for internal purposes such as analysis, auditing, and research to improve TRHC’s products or services, user interfaces, communications, support and/or help functions. If you enter into a promotion such as a contest, a giveaway, a one-time or special offer, or similar promotion, we may use PII you provide to administer those programs.
If we become involved in a legal process as a result of your actions on the Sites, or in connection with any products or services offered via the Sites, we may be required to disclose your PII or PIFI to a government authority, or a third party to whom we are required to provide it. Our response(s) to any such legal process will be handled on a case-by-case basis following the advice of our counsel.
Collection of Non-Personal Information
How We Collect and Use Your Non-Personal Information
We may collect, use, transfer, and disclose non-personal information for any purpose.
The following are some examples of non-personal information that we collect and how we may use it:
TRHC does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties.
TRHC may share data with trusted partners to help perform analysis, send you email or postal mail, provide customer support, or arrange for deliveries. Parties with whom TRHC shares such information are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide specifically contracted services and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information.
TRHC may keep track of the websites and pages our users visit within TRHC, in order to determine the popularity of various TRHC services. This data may be used to deliver customized content and advertising to customers.
The TRHC Sites may use "cookies" to help you personalize your online experience. A cookie is a text file that is placed on your computer by a web page server. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer. Cookies are uniquely assigned to you, and can only be read by a web server in the domain that issued the cookie to you.
One of the primary purposes of cookies is to provide a convenient feature to save you time. The purpose of a cookie is to tell the Web server that you have returned to a specific page. For example, if you personalize TRHC pages, or register with TRHC site or services, a cookie helps TRHC to recall your specific information on subsequent visits. This simplifies the process of recording your personal information, such as billing addresses, shipping addresses, and so on. When you return to the same TRHC website, the information you previously provided can be retrieved, so you can easily use the TRHC features that you customized.
TRHC also uses specific technologies in connection with certain communications such as emails that may be used to track actions by recipients. The tracked data can help TRHC determine the effectiveness of our communications to users and customers. If you prefer not to have your responses to such communications tracked in this manner, do not click links in the email messages. Such communications may also include tags that can tell us, for example, whether an email has been opened. We may use this information to manage the number and types of email communications we send.
You have the ability to accept or decline cookies. Most Web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser setting to decline cookies if you prefer. If you choose to decline cookies, you may not be able to fully experience the interactive features of the TRHC services or websites you visit.
As part of standard protocols, TRHC’s servers automatically gather certain information and store it in log files. This information may include date/time stamp of access, Internet Protocol (IP) address(es), device type, operating system, browser and version, language, log-in details, Internet Service Provider (ISP), referring page, exit page, and other data.
TRHC may collect certain information from you if you interact with us via social media such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other such services. For example, you may be given the option to register for webinars, take advantage of special offers, receive mailings, newsletters, posts, or the like, via your social media account. The information we receive or collect from such social media, and our ability to collect it, may depend on the social media site, its policies, and its requirements or its technology. We may collect the information you provide from these social media interactions and may use it for various purposes to improve our services or your experience, or to contact you regarding the reason you connected with us or with additional offers in the future. Of course, you have the opportunity to opt-out at any time provided we do not require a means of contacting you to fulfill your request.

We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site and to read the privacy statements of any other site that collects personally identifiable information.
TRHC secures your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. TRHC uses Secure Sockets Layer (“SSL”) Protocol for this purpose.
When personal information (such as a credit card number) is transmitted to other websites, it is protected through the use of encryption, such as SSL protocol.
We strive to take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or alteration of your personal information. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet or any wireless network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, you acknowledge that: (a) there are security and privacy limitations inherent to the Internet which are beyond our control; and (b) security, integrity, and privacy of any and all information and data exchanged between you and us through these Site cannot be guaranteed.
Subject to certain exceptions set out below, on receipt of a verifiable request from you, we will:
• Delete your personal information from our records; and
• Direct any service providers with which we have shared your PII to delete your personal information from their records.
Please note that we may not be able to comply with requests to delete your personal information if it is necessary to:
• Complete the transaction for which the personal information was collected, fulfill the terms of a written warranty conducted in accordance with federal law, provide a good or service requested by you, or reasonably anticipated within the context of our ongoing business relationship with you, or otherwise perform a contract between you and us;
• Detect security incidents, protect against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity; or prosecute those responsible for that activity;
